Is the website safe for online transactions?

At Chrysalis, customer safety is paramount. As a result, we have elected to use Payfast as the Payment Gateway of choice. Payfast uses a secure payment process. Please feel free to peruse the website pertaining to Payfast – https://www.payfast.co.za/what-is-payfast/ 

Is there a charge for delivery in South Africa?

Website orders within South Africa will be delivered free of charge for orders over R500. Alternatively, a fee of R65 will be charged for delivery within South Africa.
If you would like a shipping quote to another country please contact us, we will be happy to help.

Please note: All orders take approximately 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.

What is the return policy at Chrysalis?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund. Please ensure the products have been unused, unwashed and still with the original packing. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault. Before returning anything please call Claire at (011) 262 6092 for a “credit/return number”.
